FACES2
Access Control
FACES2Access control must guarantee that users are who they say they are and they have the appropriate access to areas they are supposed to. This is achieved by authentication (verifying who the user is). FACES has several methods of authentication that can be used by themselves or in combination. These include pin code, QR code, bar code, RFID/NFC fob or secure access card, and facial recognition.
- Multi-point lockdown event trigger options (mobile device, pull station, two-way radio emergency button)
- Automated check in/out of staff, students and enrolled visitors
- Control access with pin code, QR code, RFID/NFC fob or secure access card, and facial recognition
- Scan individual body temperatures with a high accuracy fever detector
- Create customized access questionnaires for people entering
- Real-time authentication for government-issued domestic or international IDs
- Watch list checks (e.g. restraining orders, sex offenders, etc.)
- Design and print visitor badges
- Access logs for contact tracing

FACES2
Management
FACES2Effectively managing an active situation is critical to reducing casualties. FACES2 automates many of the essential functions so that staff under duress do not have to. This includes auto-locking all doors but still allows staff to have controlled access.
- Automated lockdown of all doors
- Multiple methods of lockdown including pull stations with audible alarms
- Live view of all cameras
- Remote access to active incident management plan
- Real time emergency roll call with automated check in/out
FACES2
Communication
FACES2It is not realistic for staff to remember the specifics of an emergency communication plan under pressure or duress. Simplifying communication is critical to reducing casualties during an active threat. FACES2 has combined communication from radio, mobile phones, and desktops into a single platform.
- Location based wireless silent emergency alert button
- Active chat with mobile/desktop chat and two-way radio integration
- Automatic on active incident management entry display sign
- First responders portal with access to two-way radio voice to text translation, floor plans, aerial imagery, and cameras
- Automatic incident logging for post incident debriefing and analysis
